Validator Relations Associate at Jito Labs
About the Role
Position: Part-time, Remote (U.S.)
Jito Labs builds high-performance MEV infrastructure on Solana. We’re looking for a Validator Relations Associate to support our growing validator community, strengthen communication, and ensure a world-class experience for all network participants.
What You’ll Do
Keep validator-facing documentation accurate and up to date.
Serve as the primary contact for validators — share updates, manage support, and track feedback.
Summarize and escalate validator issues to engineering and BD teams to improve products and workflows.
Communicate clearly around JitoSOL delegation mechanisms and validator eligibility.
Gather validator insights and feed them back into product development.
Create guides, FAQs, and educational resources on Solana block building and validator operations.
Contribute to the validator ecosystem through open-source tooling, research, or community initiatives.
What You’ll Bring
Strong understanding of the Solana validator ecosystem and staking economics.
Familiarity with the Solana runtime and SVM architecture.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Organized, proactive, and eager to collaborate across teams.
