Senior Product Manager at Nomina
About Nomina
We’re building Nomina, a platform that lets power users access onchain markets and run advanced trading strategies from one interface.
Our team previously built a platform that processed $70M in volume, leading to an $18M raise from top investors like Pantera, Two Sigma Ventures, Coinbase Ventures, and angels such as Stani Kulechov (Aave) and Sandeep Nailwal (Polygon).
We’re scaling fast and looking for ambitious, experienced builders to help shape the future of onchain trading.
The Role
You’ll lead product discovery and help Nomina define its first niche in the onchain trading ecosystem — laying the foundation to become the go-to terminal for the onchain economy.
Key Outcomes
Month 1
Implement a structured user research process and conduct 20+ interviews.
Work with the CEO to synthesize insights and prioritize development.
Collaborate with the CTO to translate findings into actionable plans.
Month 2
Launch first experiments with measurable success criteria.
Lead user interviews and run engineering standups, planning, and retros.
Month 3
Drive full build-measure-learn loops, iterating quickly on feedback.
Fully own user research and engineering prioritization.
Success Looks Like:
You’re talking to users daily, shipping improvements weekly, and shaping a clear product thesis within 90 days.
Requirements
5+ years as a Product Manager, including 2+ years in product discovery or 0→1 roles.
Deep understanding of financial products (spot, futures, yield, options, perps).
Proven track record finding PMF in ambiguous spaces.
Strong user research and synthesis skills.
Located in the US or Europe.
Able to convert insights into actionable engineering work efficiently.
Bonus
Experience with trading platforms or financial products.
Familiarity with crypto or DeFi (or quick to learn).
Technical background is a plus.
