About the Role
We’re seeking a Software Engineer to join our trading technology team. This role offers a rare opportunity for a technically strong and crypto-savvy engineer to work across multiple verticals — including infrastructure, devops, connectivity, strategy design, and data systems.
You’ll work directly under the sponsorship of our CTO, helping architect and build the systems that power our market-making and trading engines. This position is ideal for engineers who thrive in autonomous, intellectually challenging environments and want to make direct, measurable impact on trading performance.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain the infrastructure for market-making engines, ensuring speed, scalability, and reliability.
Design and implement data storage, exchange connectivity, treasury management, and trading configuration systems.
Build and optimize internal tools and frameworks that bring algorithmic strategies to life in production.
Collaborate closely with trading and research teams to enhance execution efficiency and system performance.
Requirements & Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of professional software engineering experience within the cryptocurrency or trading industry.
Strong understanding of data structures, system internals, and API integrations.
Proven experience integrating at least two cryptocurrency exchanges into algorithmic trading platforms.
Mastery in SQL (Postgres), including partitioning and performance tuning.
Proficiency in Linux and Python, plus at least one additional object-oriented programming language.
Basic to intermediate knowledge of compilers, C++, or Rust.
Deep understanding of network protocols, latency optimization, and system reliability.
Demonstrated passion for personal projects — examples could include games, IoT systems, trading bots, or research tools.

Comfortable with high ownership, accountability, and rapid iteration.
