To achieve that, we’re hiring an A-player to lead and scale our fulfillment systems, ensuring every client receives best-in-class service that drives renewals and long-term loyalty.

About the Role

You’ll be responsible for scaling and leading YieldSchool’s client fulfillment and experience operations — building the systems, processes, and teams that will support $10M/month in volume by the end of 2026 while maintaining exceptional client satisfaction.

This is not a maintenance role. You’ll design the structure and culture for a world-class client experience organization, managing outcomes across retention, renewals, upsells, and service delivery. Your mission is to maintain an NPS above 70, refunds below 3%, and a team culture defined by precision, proactivity, and pride in excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and scale the fulfillment systems that enable best-in-class client experience and measurable business growth.

• Lead and mentor a high-performing team, hiring and developing A-players who embody YieldSchool’s culture and standards.

• Design repeatable, data-driven processes to deliver consistency and quality as we scale.

• Monitor client satisfaction, drive NPS improvements, and implement structured feedback loops.

• Oversee renewal and upsell performance, ensuring client lifetime value continues to rise.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership and operations to refine internal workflows and reporting frameworks.

• Maintain clear accountability: drive KPIs for satisfaction, retention, and operational excellence.

Target Outcomes

• NPS > 45 by end of Q2 2026 with 20%+ client survey coverage.

• NPS > 70 by end of Q4 2026 with 20%+ survey coverage.

• 20%+ of Q1 & Q2 2026 clients renew or upgrade.

• <3% dispute/refund rate across Q1 & Q2 2026.

• Build and manage a high-performing team that embodies ownership and accountability.

• Proven experience building and scaling client success or fulfillment systems in a fast-growth environment.

Compensation & Growth

• $10K base salary plus performance-based bonuses.

• OTE $12K–$17K+/month depending on performance.

• Bonuses directly tied to NPS, renewals, and upsells.

• Clear upward path to Chief Operating Officer or Chief of Staff.
