Risk Manager, Market and Credit at Falcon X
Role Overview
As a Risk Manager, Market and Credit on FalconX’s Risk Team, you will:
Build and execute firm-wide strategies to manage market and credit risk, collaborating with trading, finance and other teams.
Monitor and analyze market trends, price movements, and credit exposures to ensure risk controls perform under stress.
Develop risk metrics, toolsets and stress tests to assess the firm’s resilience across adverse conditions.
Produce risk reports for senior management, capture emerging regulatory or market risk vectors, and enhance risk-management processes (including automation).
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics or a related field.
5-7+ years of experience in risk management with exposure to market and credit risk.
Strong analytic skills and attention to detail; capable of communicating risk insights clearly.
Preferred: experience with programming (Python, SQL, R), and familiarity with cryptocurrency markets.
