About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Quantitative Trader with a proven, backtested, and live-traded strategy to join our team. This is a high-autonomy, high-upside role for independent traders who want to scale their performance using professional-grade infrastructure. You’ll have the freedom to deploy and manage your own trading strategies while leveraging Optimum’s institutional systems, deep liquidity access, and operational support.
This position is fully remote, with preference for candidates in Asia or U.S. time zones. Compensation is structured as a 20% share of monthly profits, with no cap on upside. You’ll retain full ownership of your intellectual property, and the start date is as soon as possible.
Responsibilities
Deploy and manage your quantitative trading strategy in live crypto markets.
Monitor performance, risk metrics, and execution quality in real time.
Collaborate with Optimum’s infrastructure and operations teams to integrate and optimize your trading system.
Continuously refine and improve models based on evolving market dynamics.
Maintain rigorous risk management and performance discipline.
Requirements & Qualifications
Proven track record with a live and extensively backtested strategy.
Deep understanding of quantitative methods, trading logic, and market microstructure.
Professional experience in crypto, FX, equities, or derivatives markets.
Ability to work independently, execute efficiently, and deliver consistent performance.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a disciplined, data-driven approach.
