Role Overview
The FP&A Senior Associate, Revenue will play a key role in FalconX’s FP&A function, focusing on revenue budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and partnering across functions to drive business performance.
Key Responsibilities
Develop annual revenue budgets and ongoing forecasts for business areas.
Conduct deep dives into revenue lines to understand drivers and identify levers to improve performance.
Support month-end close, generate management reports, KPIs, variance analyses and present to stakeholders.
Prepare presentation materials and communicate revenue projections, business performance, risks and opportunities.
Conduct ad-hoc analysis and special projects; improve forecasting methodology and efficiency via automation.
Serve as a finance partner cross-functionally; build relationships across the organisation.
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics or related (MBA is a plus).
Minimum ~4 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking or related.
Advanced Excel/Sheets skills (scenario analysis, pivot tables, modelling).
Experience with FP&A and ERP systems.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, ability to summarise and communicate insights clearly.
Passion for crypto and Web3, demonstrated through personal or professional experience
