Product Manager, Stablecoin at Ripple

About the Role

At Ripple, we’re building a world where value moves like information does today. This Product Manager will partner with the broader product team to define our roadmap in the stablecoin space (e.g., RLUSD). You’ll translate stakeholder and customer needs into opportunities, lead the roadmap, engage cross-functionally across markets, finance, support, operations and engineering, and deliver products and features that delight users.

Responsibilities

• Deeply understand customer, partner, and stakeholder needs to drive solutions that grow RLUSD.

• Translate those needs into product opportunities and lead roadmap execution to hit OKRs.

• Engage with cross-functional teams (markets, finance, customer support, operations) to capture requirements.

• Work closely with engineering to build features and products that provide excellent UX.

• Stay on top of timelines and partner roadmaps, define performance standards and ensure high quality delivery.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years professional experience and at least 1 year in product management.

• Passion for crypto technologies and their ability to improve traditional finance.

• Ability to take a large, ambiguous problem and translate into product requirements and roadmap.

• Ability to understand business and technical requirements and communicate across teams.

• Experience working cross-functionally to drive alignment and execution.

• Prior experience building for treasurers or in capital markets is strongly preferred.

• Familiarity with blockchain/crypto, payments and/or stablecoins.
