Role Overview

As Product Lead, Assets, you’ll own the vision and execution for our asset platform—spanning both our industry-leading stablecoin products and the next generation of tokenized real-world assets. This is a unique opportunity to drive the scaling of multi-billion-dollar stablecoins and lead 0-to-1 development of new asset classes, working across engineering, commercial and regulatory teams.

Responsibilities

• Set the strategy: define and execute the roadmap for our stablecoin infrastructure and new tokenized assets, keeping Paxos at the forefront of blockchain innovation.

• Build & scale: lead the end-to-end design and delivery of asset orchestration APIs, multi-chain capabilities and custody infrastructure for enterprise clients.

• Innovate: drive 0-to-1 tokenization efforts for new asset classes, turning customer needs and market trends into industry-shaping products.

• Collaborate cross-functionally: work closely with engineering, compliance and commercial teams to deliver solutions that are scalable, secure and regulation-ready.

• Engage with customers: partner directly with some of the world’s largest institutions to understand their needs and ensure our infrastructure exceeds expectations.

• Drive growth: accelerate adoption of both stablecoins and new tokenized assets, in partnership with commercial teams.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Product management experience at a B2B SaaS, fintech or infrastructure company.

• Proven record of building and scaling high-growth products, ideally in payments, digital assets or blockchain.

• Experience with both 0-to-1 innovation and scaling established platforms.

• Technical acumen (comfortable working with APIs, blockchain protocols and engineering teams).

• Strong communication and leadership skills; able to inspire and mobilize cross-functional teams.
