Lead Product Manager - AI at Falcon X

About the Role

You will drive the roadmap and execution of the firm’s “Focal” AI-powered product platform, designed for institutional investors managing crypto and traditional assets. The role demands a strong background in financial services, AI/ML product development, and an institutional mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategy for product growth: user engagement, monetization, and platform expansion.

• Translate user feedback and market research into product requirements and roadmap.

• Collaborate with engineering, sales, customer success, and marketing to deliver the product to market.

• Maintain competitive analysis and keep the product ahead of trends in institutional finance and AI.

Requirements & Qualifications

• At least 6+ years of product-management experience in financial services, ideally with AI/ML.

• Bachelor’s in Finance, Engineering, or related; advanced degree a plus.

• Excellent analytical, leadership and communication skills. Startup or fintech background preferred.
