About the Role
Position: Full-time — San Francisco, CA
Paradigm is a research-driven technology investment firm focused on crypto and frontier technologies.
We’re looking for a Finance Associate to join our team and support fund operations, compliance, and reporting for our growing portfolio.
What You’ll Do
Manage daily transactions and track portfolio performance metrics.
Assist with monthly NAV calculations and quarterly valuation meetings.
Coordinate with portfolio companies to gather financial data and support fair value assessments.
Support compliance reviews of finance policies and procedures.
Contribute to investor relations communications and reporting.
Assist with annual audits, fund financial statements, and tax filings (K-1s, allocations, returns).
Work with administrators on FATCA and CRS compliance.
Support regulatory filings and audits with agencies such as the SEC, CFTC, IRS, and FTB.
What You’ll Bring
Experience in fund accounting, preferably within hedge funds, venture capital, or other complex investment environments.
Strong foundation in accounting principles and financial reporting.
Ability to collaborate across teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Curiosity and enthusiasm for blockchain technology and its impact on financial systems.
