Role Overview
As Executive Assistant to the COO and Head of Engineering, you’ll be in a high-exposure position working directly with senior leadership, investors, and key partners. You will manage complex calendars, optimize workflows, run special projects, and act as the connective tissue across teams — thriving both strategically and hands-on.
Responsibilities
Manage and optimize calendars, coordinate logistics, and prioritize meetings for the COO and Head of Engineering.
Serve as the liaison between executives, their teams, and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication.
Handle sensitive information with discretion and sound judgment.
Organize and prepare for key meetings, off-sites, speaking engagements, and events.
Drive follow-up and accountability on action items from meetings.
Build and improve processes to increase the executives’ efficiency and bandwidth.
Partner cross-functionally to remove roadblocks and keep initiatives on track.
Requirements & Qualifications
5+ years of professional experience, including 2+ years supporting C-suite executives in fast-growth environments.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Stellar verbal and written communication skills.
Proven ability to anticipate needs and act proactively.
Experience managing multiple priorities under pressure.
Integrity, discretion, and professionalism in handling confidential information.
Must be NYC-based.
