ISDA Documentation Counsel at Falcon X
Role Overview
You will lead the negotiation and execution of ISDA Master Agreements, Schedules, and Credit Support Annexes to support FalconX’s expanding derivatives business. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams (legal, credit, risk, trading, operations), manage documentation workflows, ensure compliance with regulation, and influence strategy for derivatives documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Negotiate and execute complex ISDA documentation (Masters, Schedules, CSAs).
Work with senior stakeholders across credit, risk, trading, and operations to deliver seamless transaction execution.
Conduct due diligence, manage documentation workflows, and maintain high-quality data and reporting.
Ensure documentation complies with regulatory requirements.
Influence internal strategy to enhance productivity and efficiency in the documentation process.
Requirements & Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
5+ years of experience at a top-tier law firm or financial services firm supporting negotiation of derivatives documentation.
Strong understanding of ISDA terms, credit agreements, and collateral opinions, and familiarity with derivatives documentation and regulation.
