ISDA Documentation Counsel at Falcon X

Role Overview

You will lead the negotiation and execution of ISDA Master Agreements, Schedules, and Credit Support Annexes to support FalconX’s expanding derivatives business. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams (legal, credit, risk, trading, operations), manage documentation workflows, ensure compliance with regulation, and influence strategy for derivatives documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Negotiate and execute complex ISDA documentation (Masters, Schedules, CSAs).

• Work with senior stakeholders across credit, risk, trading, and operations to deliver seamless transaction execution.

• Conduct due diligence, manage documentation workflows, and maintain high-quality data and reporting.

• Ensure documentation complies with regulatory requirements.

• Influence internal strategy to enhance productivity and efficiency in the documentation process.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

• 5+ years of experience at a top-tier law firm or financial services firm supporting negotiation of derivatives documentation.

• Strong understanding of ISDA terms, credit agreements, and collateral opinions, and familiarity with derivatives documentation and regulation.
