Role Overview

As Compensation Manager, you’ll own the design and execution of FalconX’s global compensation programs—including salary benchmarking, equity frameworks, bonus plans—and ensure internal equity and external competitiveness. You’ll partner closely with Finance, Talent, and Leadership teams across a high-growth, global organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day compensation operations: salary bands, offer letters, promotion & counteroffer processes.

  • Conduct global market benchmarking and equity program analysis (e.g., Radford, McLagan).

  • Partner with recruiting/hiring managers to advise on offers, promotions, and retention.

  • Develop and maintain tools and analytics for compensation modeling and reporting.

  • Collaborate on bonus plan design and oversee communication of total rewards for employees.

  • Manage job code audits, role alignment, and maintain internal consistency across teams.

  • Engage in strategic compensation projects: budget planning, pay-equity studies, compensation strategy evolution.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • 6+ years of progressive experience in compensation or total rewards, ideally at a high-growth tech, fintech, or crypto company.

  • Strong analytical skills with experience working with large datasets and drawing actionable insights.

  • Deep understanding of equity programs, incentive plans, global compensation practices.

  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, global environment and partnering with leadership to influence decisions.

  • Bonus: experience with Radford, McLagan, or other compensation benchmarking frameworks.
