Account Manager - AMER (Canada) at Crypto.com
Role Overview
You will join Crypto.com’s Institutional Sales team, owning and growing a portfolio of institutional and high-net-worth clients. From onboarding to customized crypto product offerings, you’ll be a key driver in building Crypto.com’s presence in the institutional market.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and reach out to institutional client leads, pitch offerings, and drive onboarding from prospect to active client.
Fully own relationships with high-net-worth or institutional clients, expanding and upselling into areas like custody, lines of credit, and bespoke crypto products.
Represent Crypto.com at industry events and conferences across the Americas region to raise brand profile and build relationships.
Collaborate with internal teams (product, operations, sales traders) to tailor offerings, gather client feedback, and influence product roadmap.
Research market and competitor trends regularly to keep ahead of industry developments and client expectations.
Requirements & Qualifications
Previous experience in business development or sales in institutional or high-net-worth (HNW) contexts — preferably in crypto, fintech, or financial services.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to engage senior stakeholders and build trust.
Self-motivated, able to work remotely and independently; comfortable owning a large book of business.
Understanding of crypto markets, institutional offerings (custody, credit, trading) is very advantageous.
Ability to travel for events and conferences across the AMER region.
