The Role

We’re hiring a DeFi-native Growth & GTM Lead to own our go-to-market strategy. You’ll translate our complex innovation into clear, actionable narratives that attract and grow our user base across DeFi.

What You’ll Do

• Design and execute GTM strategies to scale users across DeFi.

• Build and grow our digital communities (X, Discord, Telegram).

• Partner with Web3 projects, DAOs, and influencers to expand our reach.

• Track metrics, analyze performance, and refine campaigns continuously.

• Stay ahead of DeFi trends and craft narratives that resonate.

• Gather user insights to improve engagement and conversion.

What You’ll Bring

• Deep, hands-on understanding of DeFi ecosystems and leading protocols.

• 5+ years in marketing, growth, or community roles (3+ years in Web3).

• Proven record building and scaling social communities from scratch.

• Strong data-driven approach and growth leadership experience.

• Excellent communication and project management skills.

• Proactive, independent mindset — you take ownership and deliver fast.
