About the Role
We’re seeking an Account Executive for Event Sponsorship Sales to join the fast-paced, rapidly evolving world of Web3, crypto, and blockchain events. You’ll be responsible for building and managing a sponsorship sales pipeline while representing one of the most recognized events in the industry — the Blockchain Futurist Conference.

Who You Are
Deeply knowledgeable about crypto, DeFi, Web3, AI, or emerging technologies.
Experienced in business development, partnerships, or sponsorship sales, ideally within the tech or event industry.
Obsessed with pipeline building, deal-making, and relationship growth.
Highly organized, CRM-fluent (Salesforce preferred), and data-driven in your sales approach.
Self-motivated, process-oriented, and comfortable working remotely with minimal oversight.
A confident communicator and negotiator who can build strong, lasting client relationships.
What You’ll Do
Client Acquisition & Sales
Prospect and qualify new sponsorship leads across crypto, DeFi, AI, FinTech, and blockchain sectors.
Deliver tailored proposals and pitch packages to secure sponsorship commitments.
Negotiate contracts and close deals that meet or exceed revenue targets.
Account Management
Serve as the primary contact for assigned sponsors, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and retention.
Build long-term relationships that lead to repeat business and referrals.
Anticipate client needs and identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling aligned with event goals.
Reporting & Forecasting
Manage all pipeline activity and forecasting through Salesforce CRM.
Track account status, revenue progress, and market insights to keep leadership informed.
Ensure all client data and communications are organized, accurate, and actionable.
Event Strategy & Execution
Collaborate with internal teams — production, marketing, and operations — to deliver seamless event experiences.
Translate client objectives into actionable event strategies and activation plans.
Attend events to engage clients, build relationships, and identify new business opportunities.
Requirements & Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in business development, partnership, or sponsorship sales, ideally in crypto, Web3, tech, or events.
Proficiency in Salesforce CRM (or similar) for managing and tracking pipelines.
Established network within the crypto and blockchain ecosystem.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong organizational abilities with a proactive, self-starting mindset.
Comfortable working in a remote, deadline-driven environment with flexible hours.
Solid understanding of current trends across Web3, blockchain, and AI.
Work Culture
Strong overlap with EST hours required.
Flexibility for occasional evening or international calls.
