Account Manager - AMER (Brazil) at Crypto.com
About the Role
The Institutional Sales team at Crypto.com provides an opportunity to own and grow a portfolio of institutional and high-net-worth clients in the fast-evolving crypto and blockchain landscape. From onboarding clients to introducing them to their first crypto instrument, to designing tailored financial products, this role is about shaping the intersection of traditional finance and digital assets.
You’ll help expand the firm’s institutional footprint across the AMER region, partnering with traders, account managers, and product teams to deliver innovative, customized crypto solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and reach out to institutional leads, pitch offerings, and manage the full onboarding process.
Take ownership of client relationships, guiding them through integration and ensuring long-term engagement.
Collaborate with the broader institutional sales team to scale Crypto.com’s presence and offerings.
Tailor financial products such as custody, credit lines, or other services based on client needs.
Capture client insights and provide structured feedback to the product team to refine future offerings.
Represent Crypto.com at events and conferences, engaging with institutional players to raise awareness of products and services.
Research market and competitor trends to anticipate shifts in the institutional crypto space.
Act as a proactive contributor, driving internal improvements and product innovation.
Requirements & Qualifications
Proven experience in institutional sales, business development, or client management within fintech, crypto, or traditional finance.
Strong understanding of crypto markets, trading products, and digital-asset custody.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Team-oriented mindset with strong collaboration skills.
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field (preferred).
