As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll own design across product and brand for the entire Genius ecosystem. Your work will define how the world experiences crypto at scale — combining crypto-native speed and power with consumer-grade usability and polish.

The Mandate
Design the Genius experience around two guiding principles:
Delight: Create frictionless, elegant user journeys that surprise and satisfy.
Dopamine: Leverage behavioral design that rewards engagement, drives repetition, and sustains long-term community stickiness.
Responsibilities
Establish and enforce the Genius design system across all surfaces — from trading terminals to onboarding flows, mobile, rewards, and referral systems.
Translate complex trading infrastructure into human-intuitive, emotionally rewarding interactions.
Partner with product and engineering to ship UI/UX that converts, retains, and scales globally.
Lead visual identity, brand language, and marketing design — ensuring coherence across web, product, and community touchpoints.
Design, measure, and iterate using data-driven feedback loops — identify what triggers dopamine, and double down on what works.
Requirements
Proven track record designing and shipping consumer-grade products, ideally in fintech, crypto, or other high-stakes digital systems.
Deep fluency in design systems, motion design, and interactive experiences — not just static UI.
Understanding of behavioral psychology and the ability to design for engagement without compromising trust.
Obsessive attention to detail — typography, micro-interactions, motion, and visual harmony.
Excellent communication skills; capable of defending design decisions to engineers, executives, and investors.
Strong sense of ownership, bias toward action, and comfort operating in ambiguity.
