Principal Brand Designer at Block

Role Overview

You will join the Brand Creative team at Block and be responsible for the quality and execution of major product-areas and complex design initiatives. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional leadership, shape the brand creative vision, and mentor designers around you.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design execution for key product areas and initiatives.

• Shape brand creative strategy and vision across the company.

• Mentor and elevate design team members.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Extensive design experience at senior/principal level (brand, product, creative).

• Strong portfolio demonstrating brand-strategy and execution.

• Ability to collaborate with leadership and guide cross-functional teams.

• Excellent communication and mentorship skills.
