Senior Manager, Base Ecosystem at Coinbase

Job Summary

Coinbase is hiring a Senior Manager to lead ecosystem partnerships and GTM initiatives across the Base platform. This high-impact role involves shaping Base’s position as a leading onchain platform for developers, enterprises, and creators. You’ll execute strategic alliances, manage internal and external relationships, and oversee a team of 2–3 teammates. This is an opportunity to contribute to one of the most ambitious decentralized infrastructure projects in the world.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute infrastructure and consumer partnerships across Base Chain, Base App, Base Pay, Base Build, and Spindl.

• Create and implement GTM strategies to position Base as the premier onchain platform.

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.

• Manage a small team (2–3 direct reports) and ensure strong cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in technology, finance, or consulting with a proven record in corporate development, M&A, or strategic partnerships.

• Deep interest in onchain platforms with a demonstrable onchain portfolio or resume.

• Results-oriented mindset with strong organizational and analytical capabilities.

• Clear communicator with the ability to navigate and influence complex internal and external stakeholder environments.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
