Associate, Base Ecosystem at Coinbase

Job Summary

Coinbase is hiring an Associate to join the Base Ecosystem team. The role focuses on supporting infrastructure and consumer partnerships across the Base Chain and related products. The ideal candidate is passionate about crypto, has strong business development experience, and can drive go-to-market (GTM) strategies to help make Base the top onchain platform globally.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and expand infrastructure and consumer alliances across Base Chain, Base App, Base Pay, Base Build, and Spindl.

• Develop GTM strategies to establish Base as the leading platform for developers, enterprises, creators, and users.

• Build and sustain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in technology, finance (corporate development, M&A, or investing), or consulting.

• Demonstrated success in executing complex deals or large-scale partnerships.

• Strong passion for the onchain ecosystem with a solid onchain resume.

• Skilled communicator and operator capable of managing multiple projects.

• Analytical strength (quantitative and qualitative) and organizational excellence.

• Results-driven, humble, and self-aware.
