Role Overview

As a Corporate Development Associate, you’ll drive inorganic growth through M&A, partnerships, and strategic initiatives. The role combines market analysis, deal execution, and post-merger integration, supporting FalconX’s expansion in the institutional crypto landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence for M&A opportunities.

• Identify acquisition targets and present findings to senior management.

• Support post-deal integration and cross-functional coordination.

• Lead competitive market research and emerging trend analysis.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors during transactions.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years in investment banking, private equity, or corporate development.

• Bachelor’s in Finance, Economics, or related analytical field.

• Strong modeling, valuation, and deal execution experience.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.

• Passion for crypto and digital financial innovation.

• (Nice to have) MBA, digital asset industry experience, or large-firm exposure.
