ROVR Network is building the backbone for Spatial AI, robotics, and autonomous systems through a Decentralized Physical Infrastructure Network (DePIN). We collect and deliver high-quality 3D data for HD mapping, AI training, and next-gen mobility.

We’re looking for a Web3 Marketing Specialist to grow our reach through smart campaigns, community engagement, and data-driven storytelling.

What You’ll Do

Campaigns & Strategy

• Design and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital ads, social, email, content, PPC).

• Use tools like Google Ads, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social to plan, schedule, and optimize.

• Track key metrics (CTR, conversions, engagement) and adjust strategies for impact.

Performance & Analytics

• Run paid campaigns across Google, X, LinkedIn, and Facebook.

• Use analytics (Google Analytics, social insights, on-chain data) to optimize ROI, CPA, and CLV.

Content & Community

• Create engaging blogs, newsletters, and social content that make Web3 simple and relatable.

• Manage and grow our presence on X, Discord, Telegram, Reddit, and TikTok.

• Drive engagement through AMAs, contests, and community feedback loops.

Collaboration & Innovation

• Work with Product, Design, and Community teams to align brand messaging across Web2 and Web3.

• Stay on top of DeFi, DAO, and NFT trends, bringing in new marketing ideas like airdrops, referral loops, or influencer partnerships.

Requirements

• 2+ years in digital, performance, or growth marketing (Web3 or crypto experience preferred).

• Skilled with Google Ads, Analytics, Meta Ads, Hootsuite, and content management tools.

• Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making.

• Excellent written and verbal communication with Web3 fluency (DeFi, tokenomics, DAOs, NFTs).

• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience running growth or token-based incentive campaigns.

• Familiarity with on-chain analytics (Dune, Nansen) and marketing automation tools.

• SEO/SEM expertise tailored to Web3 audiences.
