Head of Growth at Genius
Role Overview
You will own growth across product and brand for Genius’ ecosystem. The company is building a next-generation crypto terminal and exchange, with deep network coverage and strong liquidity backing. Growth is treated as an acquisition engine, retention loop, and community differentiator.
Compensation: US $90,000-US $110,000 base + token & equity grants + cash bonuses.
Responsibilities
Establish and execute Genius’ growth engine across Twitter and other social channels, making the brand chronically present in trader conversations and narratives.
“Shit-post” with taste — spark engagement, build culture, keep Genius top-of-mind among trading communities.
Build and nurture relationships with top traders, influencers, and key opinion leaders (KOLs), converting them into active users and advocates.
Lead paid acquisition channels across Google, Twitter etc: mix performance marketing with brand growth.
Implement feedback loops: experiment with posts, track engagement metrics, identify what resonates with traders, and double-down to compound reach and stickiness.
Requirements & Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years testing and perfecting marketing campaigns & funnels.
Proficiency in paid acquisition.
Behavioral psychology literacy: able to design for “dopamine” (engagement) without losing trust.
Obsession with detail — marketing language, visuals, user experience.
Bias to action, high ownership, comfortable with ambiguity and ultra-fast pace.
