What You’ll Do
Community Management & Growth
Build and execute strategies for the Korean-speaking community on Telegram, Discord, and other key platforms.
Create, translate, and manage engaging daily content — announcements, threads, and updates — to drive activity and growth.
Marketing Campaigns & Events
Plan and manage local marketing campaigns and community initiatives.
Collaborate with the global marketing team to adapt global campaigns for the Korean audience.
KOL & Ambassador Relations
Identify and manage partnerships with Korean KOLs and crypto influencers.
Negotiate collaborations and maintain long-term relationships with key community figures.
Requirements
Native fluency in Korean, with strong English or Chinese proficiency.
3+ years of experience in marketing, community management, or growth within crypto or Web3.
Deep knowledge of the Korean crypto ecosystem — key media, communities, and investor behavior.
Strong network among Korean influencers and community leaders (major plus).
