Team Overview – Base

• Coinbase’s Ethereum Layer 2 network built on the OP Stack with Optimism.

• Focuses on creating seamless integrations, fiat onramps, and dev tools.

• Scales access to 108M+ users and $100B+ in assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Write high-quality, well-tested code for user-facing or infrastructure components.

• Collaborate with engineers, PMs, designers, and leadership to execute technical vision.

• Contribute to projects with real impact on the crypto economy.

Minimum Requirements

• Programming experience (through school, personal projects, or work); language agnostic.

• Passion for building great user experiences.

• Motivated, growth-oriented mindset.

• Positive, solution-driven approach to challenges.

Preferred Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree or certificate in CS, Software Engineering, EE, Math, or related.

• Familiar with: Golang, MongoDB, AWS, Docker, Postgres, Ruby/Rails.

• Experience with React Native mobile development.
