Anchorage Digital is the trusted crypto platform for institutions, providing secure, compliant digital asset services.
We’re looking for a Member of Client Experience to deliver exceptional support and build long-term relationships with our institutional clients. You’ll ensure smooth onboarding, world-class service, and help shape how we scale our client operations.

What You’ll Do

Client Integration & Onboarding

• Deliver white-glove onboarding for institutional clients.

• Coordinate across internal teams to manage integrations from setup to go-live.

• Establish strong client relationships from day one.

Client Support & Operations

• Serve as the main point of contact for daily client needs and complex inquiries.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly, collaborating with cross-functional teams.

• Maintain and improve operational playbooks as products and processes evolve.

• Identify and implement opportunities for process optimization and automation.

Reporting & Insights

• Prepare client reports and performance metrics for senior leadership.

• Analyze data to surface insights that improve service quality and operational efficiency.

Leveraging Technology & AI

• Explore how AI, machine learning, and automation can enhance client experience and streamline workflows.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to test and adopt innovative tools.

What You’ll Bring

• Deep understanding of blockchain technology and the crypto ecosystem.

• Knowledge of traditional finance (TradFi) — hedge funds, asset managers, and institutional investors.

• Familiarity with operational processes like KYC, risk management, and compliance.

• Experience navigating institutional structures such as SPVs, segregated portfolios, and fund-of-funds.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills; comfortable working with senior clients.

• Proactive problem-solver with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
